Celebrate your way with Babydoll’s Rose
Individual parcels of fruit were harvest, destemmed and gently pressed. The juice was then left to settle in tank for 48 hours, where it was racked prior to fermentation. A long, cool fermentation, using a range of yeasts to capture the bright, fresh fruit characters. The individual parcels were then blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.

Bouquet:
Fresh and aromatic with notes of pomegranate, orchard fruits and red apple, with subtle wild strawberry and floral undertones.
Palate:
Vibrant and lively with fruit flavours that mirror the nose and a crisp acidity. Underlying minerality that creates great length and texture.
Food Match:
Pairs nicely with grilled salmon or sushi, BBQ chicken and pork tenderloin, soft cheeses or roasted vegetable salad.
